We had such a fun weekend. Karen Hoover and her son Robert came down to see us. She did a career talk with the youth at White Mesa and then a book signing for her new book "The Sapphire Flute" at the town library. We loved having them stay with us and are now enjoying her book.
Tama and Jayd both graduated on Friday from CEU San Juan Campus with their Associate of Science Degrees. Hooray for them! Tama is going to continue by taking USU classes in Education, and Jaydan is working on his mission papers. He will turn 19 in July. It was wonderful to watch them graduate together.
On Sunday, Jon was ordained an Elder by his dad. A lot of famiily along with friends from his ward were there and it was a beautiful blessing. It is so wonderful that his little family has the priesthood in their home now.
A lot of family times and times with friends made the weekend great!
